Procedures for Admission

  1. Interview child’s parent(s) or guardians(s).

  2. Complete Registration Form (download below) and pay non-refundable registration fee of $100.

  3. Parent/guardian must sign form that acknowledges that they have received, read, and understand the program’s policies and procedures. 

  4. Children need to be toilet trained to enroll in our school.

  5. Parent/Guardian must bring child’s Health Certificate Form (download below) and immunization record (or appropriate medical exemption form) by the 1st day of school.
